Wooohooo…..Route 254 was a fabulous road trip! Last week @ VBS, we traveled along with 104 cruisers to “visit” Washington, DC; Yellowstone National Park; Chicago, IL; and Knott’s Berry Farm! Amidst our travels, we learned many different ways we can show our love for Jesus….we can worship Him, we can be thankful for our many blessings, we know He is the only ONE that offers us salvation, we can choose to believe in Him and we can choose to obey Him! It’s good to be a cruisin’ Christian!
Many “Tour Guides” paved the way for a fantastic time and the children indeed had a great time together! The kids had great souvenirs (crafts) to take home from our trip together….the music was good, the food was good, recreation was fun, the skits were great and the “band” was fabulous, but when it was all said and done, it was Jesus we were here for and He was here with us, too! We KNOW our DESTINATION and it’s a lifelong ride with Jesus!
And remember, our road trip together has ended, but your journey with Jesus is all yours and it never, ever ends….it lasts as long as you do and you can take it all the way to HEAVEN…just remember to say “thanks” for the ride when you get there! Route 254…Psalm 25:4!
